"After my initial visits with Karie, I now understand why people see a trainer. It's not just for extra motivation, but for increasing strength and changing your routine. There are certain exercises I would have never done by myself, like push ups, pull ups, chin ups and dips. The feeling I got after completing these exercises was great! With some, I started by being able to do only one rep, but every time she pushed me a little more. I got a great feeling of accomplishment after each session. I get far better results with 3 half hour sessions a week, and realized I don’t need to spend 3 hours at the gym -all this coming from a girl who used to be addicted to the gym 5-6 days a week for 2 to 3 hours at a time... I recommend training with Karie to anyone, regardless of your fitness level, the results are amazing! And hey Karie being a Thai massage practitioner, throws in a little rub down after an extremely hard workout to make sure those muscles aren’t too sore, who could ask for more!"
