After the first session I didn’t think that I would have been able to keep up but as the weeks passed I amazed myself or should I say my body amazed me. I feel stronger, healthier and more confident that I am capable of doing things I never thought I could do....like pushups!!! I liked the variety of exercises used that involved a lot of core strength and also the cardio circuits. Karie, you were very patient and always willing to assist and guide us. You made every session brutal but also enjoyable and a wonderful learning experience."
