📌Outdoor group sizes limited 15 people
📌No equipment! In this case sharing isn't caring. Our sessions focus on HIIT bodyweight exercises to get your heart rate up, and pounds melting without the added worry or passing germs and viruses!
📌Since we're outdoors, you never have to wait for a spot.
📌Everyone brings their own mat & and we encourage everyone to bring hand sanitizer 😷
📌Socialize with a group of like-minded women while socially distanced.
📌Fresh air; studies show that fresh outdoor air helps clear your lungs, give you more energy and mental focus, and can improve your digestion.
📌If you feel at anytime unable to come to our outdoor sessions, we also have live on-demand sessions and a library of previously recorded workouts.
